Music is supplied on a firm sale basis. If an item is faulty in any way, let us know and we will replace it. If when ordering from the on-line catalogue you are not sure if the item is what you want, ask us first rather than be disappointed.
Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
If you do wish to return an item please contact us first. Returns should be sent to the address shown below and the cost of the goods will be refunded where applicable. If you wish to cancel an order before it has been despatched, please contact us and we can refund any payment you have made. Once purchased, digital downloads cannot be returned and no refund will be made for such purchases.

Payment can be made when you place your order with a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard or AmEx) or with ApplePay.
At the checkout, when it is time to pay, you will be transferred to a secure page at our payment processor. Your card details are not collected by, and will not be stored by Goodmusic. If you choose to pay by card you may be given the option of paying in your local currency when your payment details are entered.
If you have made arrangements for a credit account with Goodmusic or another method of payment then you can choose "Pay with a Goodmusic Account" at the payment page.
Prices of titles shown on this website are accurate and are shown in pounds sterling, though you have the option to display them in an approximate equivalent in either US dollars or Euros. We always invoice you in pounds sterling but when you pay with a credit or debit card the charge will appear on your card statement in your local currency. We rarely change our prices and if at all it is usually on January 1st.
In the UK the rate of VAT (Value Added Tax) on music is 0% so no amount of sales tax is included in our prices. For overseas customers there may be additional local taxes payable upon delivery which are set by your own government and are beyond our control.
When purchasing a digital copy the customer will be able to download a PDF file (Portable Document Format) only within 14 days of purchase with a licence authorising the use of the file for one copy only. If you need more than one copy (such as for a choir) then you must purchase as many "copies" as you need; you will still only have one file to download but the licence will authorise the number of copies purchased. If you buy multiple copies you are allowed to print only up to that number of copies. Alternatively, you can share the file electronically instead; but the total number of prints and shared electronic copies must not exceed the number purchased. To do so would be a breach of copyright and may result in civil and/or criminal liability. It is equivalent to shoplifting or theft!
The PDF will show the customer's name, the date of purchase and the email address used for the purchase. Once purchased, digital downloads cannot be returned and no refund will be made for such purchases.
