RUE DE LA HARPE for flute and harp
Goodmusic GM497
"Rue de la Harpe", a Parisian-style valse, was originally composed as a harp solo for the young Polish prodigy Zarina Zaradna after she sent me a photo of herself in Paris, standing beneath a Rue de la Harpe street sign in imitation of my own photo taken there some years previously.
Flute and harp being such a quintessentially French pairing, I have made this arrangement for Zarina to encourage her to form a flute and harp duo of her own one day! Paul Lewis
Duration 4 minutes
