John Merrick(b.1949)

John Merrick was born in Birmingham, and read Music at King’s College, Cambridge. As a piano accompanist he has collaborated with many singers, instrumentalists and choral societies. He has both sung in and conducted a cappella choral groups and church choirs, and was a supernumerary lay clerk in Gloucester Cathedral choir. He is active as a composer of choral and instrumental music.
