      Goodmusic is owned and run by Elizabeth and David Good who started the business in 1974 retailing printed music and books on music. In 1995 we started also publishing music and have grown steadily ever since, taking over the business of Roberton Publications in August 2003. In August 2012 our general retail sales were transferred to Forwoods Music so that we could concentrate solely on our publishing side. We now only sell our own titles – from Goodmusic Publishing, Roberton Publications & Leslie Music Supply. We operate by mail order and do not have a shop or showroom.

      If you cannot find what you are looking for in our on-line catalogue, please call us or you can fax or e-mail us with your query.


      Delivery

      Orders are normally despatched the same day from stock. For UK customers music is sent by first-class post or, for larger parcels, by next-day parcel courier. Overseas parcels are normally sent by air mail. For more details see our DELIVERY page


      Music Dealers

      We sell Goodmusic and Roberton publications to music dealers throughout the world, as well as to individuals.

      Our titles are virtually always available for immediate despatch and the prices shown are always accurate. Music dealers may place orders on this website - our normal dealer terms apply. If you have previously registered on this website your dealer discount will be shown on the items you buy (The discount is applied at the checkout). For full dealer terms please click here.


      Terms and Conditions

      Music is supplied on a firm sale basis. If an item is faulty in any way, let us know and we will replace it. If when ordering from the on-line catalogue you are not sure if the item is what you want, ask us first rather than be disappointed.


      Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

      If you do wish to return an item please contact us first. Returns should be sent to the address shown below and the cost of the goods will be refunded where applicable. If you wish to cancel an order before it has been despatched, please contact us and we can refund any payment you have made.


      Payment

      Payment can be made when you place your order either with a credit or debit card or with a PayPal account. At the checkout, when it is time to pay, you will be transferred to a secure page at our payment processor. Your card details are not collected by, and will not be stored by Goodmusic.

      If you have made arrangements for a credit account with Goodmusic or another method of payment then you can choose "Pay with a Goodmusic Account" at the payment page.


      Prices

      Prices of titles shown on this website are accurate and are shown in pounds sterling. If you are ordering from overseas we still invoice you in pounds sterling but when you pay with a credit or debit card the charge will appear on your card statement in your local currency. We rarely change our prices and if at all it is usually on January 1st.


      Privacy

      Your name and any details about you will not be given to any third party. Your on-line "account" is accessed by you using your e-mail address and a password of your own choice. It is not accessible to other users. Payment card details supplied at the checkout are not collected or retained by Goodmusic.
