Tips for using the internet music shop of Goodmusic

New to online shopping?
This site is supposed to be as easy to use as possible, however, here are a few pointers to get you going.

Finding the products you want
Using a combination of methods we are confident you will be able to find what you are looking for on the site, a good place to start is the 'Quick Search' box, enter part of the Composer, Title, Instrument, Publisher, Catalogue Number, Goodmusic product code or any combination of these separated by spaces, then click Find

Site Menu
All of the options available to you are displayed on the menu bar at the top and on the left. This menu bar changes once to make sure that it only displays options which are relevant to you

Can't spell Tchaikovsky? - Don't worry
In any of the search boxes on the site you can enter just a small section of the word you are searching for, so - for example you could just enter 'Tc'

Your Basket
As you choose products to buy you add them to your 'Shopping Basket'. A summary of the products you have in your basket is always shown in the top right hand corner of the screen. To view more information about the contents of your basket at any time simply place your mouse over the area to the right of the basket icon above.
If you want to change the quantities of products once in your basket, you must click 'View Detailed Basket' you will be able to update quantities from there

Easy Search refinement
Any search results are displayed in a standard grid, if you want to sort these results, you just click on the top of the appropriate column.
If you perform a search you can then choose to refine it by only showing matches for particular instrument, composer or publisher, you simply click on the Instrument, Publisher or composer you wish to filter by.

Account Sales
If you have a Goodmusic Account or normally pay on invoice just enter your Account Number (customer number) when you reach the Checkout.

Extra Information
For some titles, further information is available and in some cases for works published by Goodmusic you can look at the score and hear it being played. Where more information is available INFO is displayed at the end of the row. Just click INFO to show more details.
