Straightforward orchestral arrangements to accompany 24 standard carols divided alphabetically by title into three sets. For each carol there is an introduction, several different arrangements of verses labelled A, B, C etc., and, where it exists, one or two versions of the chorus. This should enable a conductor and the orchestra to cope with varying numbers of verses in any performance. The 24 Carols are:-

God rest you merry, gentlemen

Good Christian men, rejoice

Good King Wenceslas
Hark! the herald angels sing

In dulci jubilo
I saw three ships
It came upon a midnight clear
O come, all ye faithful

O little town of Bethlehem
Once in royal David's city
On Christmas night all Christians sing
See amid the winter's snow
Silent night
Unto us is born a son
While shepherds watched their flocks
We three kings of Orient are
